Lightroom Journal, the offical Adobe blog for Lightroom, has announced the availability of Lightroom 4.2 and Camera Raw 7.2.

Users of the Nikon D600 will be glad to hear that provisional support is now available. This means that file can be converted, but that there will be an update to the processing in a future version of Lightroom. This may change the final rendering too.

Bug fixes are listed on Lightroom Journal and should help with the responsiveness of Lightroom.
