In the users guide and videos for LRB Exhibition and LRB Portfolio, I say to create a set of collections to gather your the photos for each gallery together, then to create a new collection of all the photos to create the site at the end.
This video shows how to put the collections in the order you want in the main gallery collection quickly. Make sure to go for 1080HD for highest quality viewing.
