Lightroom Product manager Sharad Mangalick has announced the availability of Lightroom 4.4. This is available via the update mechanism in Lightroom or from Adobe.com. Mac Version; PC Version. A lot of the functionality was available in the Release Candidate for testing prior to final release.
The big news is the improved rendering for the Fuji X-Trans series of cameras, including the X-Pro1, X-E1, X100S & X20. The first 2 have tweaked sharpening based on user feedback during the release candidate period. This is why it's essential for users to look at release candidates, so the final version can be improved!
New Camera support include the Canon 1DC, the 700D, the 100D, Nikon 1 J3 & S1, the Sony Nex-3N and the Hasselblad H5D-40 & H5D-50.
