Earlier today on Twitter (@lightroomblog if you want to follow), I mentioned that clients can really love over the top processing. It’s the same phenomena as HDR, where the public loves the surreal images over the subtle ones. Of course photographers can hate the very same look! Anyhow I showed an example like above where I’ve used Split Toning, Clarity, reduced Vibrance and Post Crop Vignette to give a very definite look to the photos. Working images like these isn’t hard, and I do something similar with the photos in my current Landscape exhibition.
