Victoria Bampton has announced the launch of her updated Missing FAQ book for Lightroom 4. With such a short beta period, I know it’s been a lot of work for her to get this out, so congrats to her for making it so soon after launch.
The book has jumped to 685 pages, covering all the new stuff in Lightroom 4, so is very detailed. Following on from the last version, the book style is that of answering user questions. It’s not just about specifics of how things work in Lightroom, but about trouble shooting problems, including hardware and other software questions related to Lightroom. So it’s not just about Lightroom the program, but using Lightroom.
Because of the nature of the book, it can be read from cover to cover, or used as a reference, finding answers to specific questions as required. There’s a full Table of Contents to check out, as well as Sample Excerpts (currently from V3, but will be updated shortly).
