Adobe announced the availability of Lightroom mobile for Android Devices using Jellybean, KitKat, or Lollipop. Using Collections, you can sync files to the device to allow ratings & flagging to make selections, apply Lightroom mobile Presets, and change a range of settings. These changes sync back to Lightroom automatically.
As with iOS versions, the files must go back to the server before being available on the device. A version of the files can be viewed on Lightroom web, when logged in with your Adobe ID.
Lightroom mobile is part of the CC bundles, so you need an account to use it. You can get a 30 day trial on perpetual versions to see how it looks.
